The Sphynx (Canadian Sphynx) is a breed of cat developed through selective breeding starting in the 1960s, known for its lack of fur, though it is not truly hairless.

   

   The Sphynx has a lovely nature, being very intelligent, inquisitive and loves to be the center of attention.

   

   It is often said that Sphynx kittens are one part cat, one part dog,

one part monkey and one part child!

 

   Sphynx are known for their extroverted behavior.

   

   They are not your typical cat person's cat.

   

   They require devoted owners that have plenty of time and love to share.
